Pondbox Subscription

Pondbox is a pond fish food subscription box that contains high quality pond fish food (Koi Carp & Goldfish) and pond care advice/tips – all delivered to your door every 2 months.

To make our Pondbox pond fish subscription box affordable, we offer two payment options. 

Both will provide a 2 monthly Pondbox delivery, the difference is your savings with an Annual Pondbox, plus we’ll include extra treats to promote your pond fish health. 

Our Annual Pondbox is one annual payment, the Pay As You Go Pondbox will take a payment every two months.

We have a range of affordable subscriptions that vary depending on your pond requirements: the amount of fish you need to feed and the type of fish. Head over to the subscribe page and choose your options, then you can see the subscription price. Prices start from £4.95 every two months. 

In each Pondbox you will receive both your chosen pond fish food product and an advice guide / leaflet containing handy tips and advice on how to best care for your garden pond and fish. More detail can be found on our Subscribe page. 

We send out the Pondbox around the 21st of the month. As the Pondbox is bi-monthly, you will receive your Pondbox subscription box every 2 months from the date you took the subscription.

You can cancel your Pay As You Go Pondbox at any time but at least two weeks before your payment date.

Delivery & Shipping

Payments

You can pay for your subscription via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal.

Yes. Please do this through your account pages on the website or through PayPal.

Pay As You Go subscriptions will be on a bi monthly schedule and payment will be taken on the 14th of each month, or the nearest working day.

 

If you have an Annual Subscription, we’ll send you a reminder before the renewal date.
